Multiplayer not working

Hello,

I wanted to play Multiplayer with a friend, but it doesn't really work. No matter if we try it via GFWL or LAN (Hamachi), we can't connect to each other. In LAN we can't find the session even if we are connected in Hamachi and in GFWL we get a message that the connection to the session is not possible.

 

Does anybody has a solution for this issue?
