I am looking for any assistance regarding SNIPER296's  Policing tools 1.1.  Spike strip / spot light / computer all work fine.  The handheld radar gun appears along with the orange box however this distance and speed of a vehicle does not register when aiming at them.  

 

Ive tried the automatic and manual installation and keep getting same results. I have also changed the weapons.xml file as instructed in previous posts.

 

any help would be appreciated.
