Hey guys, i've purchased gta iv on steam and it won't go past the social rockstar indicator. then i checked the compatability and it says gta iv isn't in the dynamic library. Can anyone help so i can resolve this issue and play? been trying to resolve it for two days and i still havent gotten a chance to play this game at all.
