FYI: I did contact gangrenn about the model... he forgot who made it, but he stated its a GPM download file. I also believe Lex91, Lt. Cain and PFCBarefoot may have created this mod. I found the original Non-ELS one off some russian site... however, not the ELS version that I'm looking for.

    This car has some bugs like the head lights never go off, the left back lights are all blue not red & blue, and the windows are partially down. Mabey some one could edit it?
