I am practicing my templating to strengthen my skills. I mapped the template, to the car and I made custom dirt visuals, but after I export, the model, the dirt texture is replaced with the small specular map and the name of the material changes to vehicle_generic_smallspecmap paint3 [CLR:1] from dilettante_sign_1 paint3 [CLR:1] it also makes the dirt use manual uv channel 1 instead of 2. The main template remains mapped, though. Can anyone provide some insight? I haven't done dirt visuals before. Thanks!

I used to have that problem...If remember correctly..You might have 1 too many "dirt" .PNG's. Go to your material editor and see. If so, delete it.(I want to say....It's been a while)
