i cant figure out which folder exactly i need to save wouters callouts into. should it be steamappscommonGrand Theft Auto ivGTAIV/LCPDFR First Response/LCPDFR or

SteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVLCPDFR First Response or am i supposed to save it into a different folder all together. thanks in advance

    You Put in into the plugins folder in the LCPDFR folder in your GTA IV directory. 

    Mine is for Example

    E// Program Files /Grand Theft Auto IV/GTA IV/LCPDFR/Plugins

    have you tired re installing and then installing it again ( I recommend the automatic Installation is easier) LCPDFR completely. 

    Also are you using The current Patch of LCPDFR. As far as i know wouters callouts will only work with LCPDFR 1.0c.
