Hi, I need help trying to find a way to have normal cars to have police horns! My clan runs ELSV7 cars and the cars I have are a 2 Tahoe's and and I have ELS lights but the horn is still a normal horn

You play with cars in "normal" slots?  How is ELS working on them?

You just add them in th els config. Back to the op problem, for me the siren never worked in multiplayer when the cars were in civilian car slots. The only thing I could think of, would be to edit the vehicle ide file.

Try opening the siren in IVAUD and seeing if there is an actual police horn set for the police slot. If there isn't, just take a horn out of a siren pack and insert that,
