LCPD:FR 1.0C Removes me from Multiplayer

The topic says it all! I've recently just installed 1.0C and dont get me wrong but single player works great. The problem is multiplayer, everytime i accept an invite or if i start a multiplayer game, my player will load and then i will be removed from the game and put at a loading screen after i have received the message of "Server cannot identify your IP" from LCPD:FR. I'm running 8.1 and i have no other mods in but LCPD:FR 1.0C. I have been searching and searching for clues and ideas but im out of luck and would like to resume playing LCPD:FR.
