LCPD-FR And Simple Trainer Won't Launch

Howdy, I've been having an issue where when I hit the key command for any of the GTA mods I have, Nothing launches or activates. I hit F3 to open the Trainer and nothing happens. I press Alt P to launch LCPD-FR and still nothing. I have wiped GTA4 from my hard drive 2x and removes LCPD-FR and the Trainer. Yet nothing works in game still. I am running all up-to date versions. I don't have a crack, I'm playing from the copy I bought from Steam. I was able to use it previously, but noew all the sudden I'm having this issue. In fact before this pop-ed up I had a strange problem where GTA4 refused to launch entirely, so I un-istalled and re-installed, And I have had this error ever since. I have all my files installed properly, etc... So I am confused as to why nothing is launching in-game... And I can't find any of the three log files listed.

I got it figured out, It was a file error and a missing component I replaced.
