Hey guys my GTA IV wont launch with steam. But it will launch if I go to the GTAIV.exe and I launch it as administrator, It will work, what happens when Ii launch it with steam? It will infinately load during the loading screen. I have tried all possible methods and is still not working. Thanks to all who will help me out!

    When you launch with steam it does not run as admin, so the best thing to do would be to create a desktop shortcut to your GTAIV folder (which makes it easier and you don't have to navigate through you CDrive), and just launch as admin on LaunchGTAIV.exe
