[REQUEST] 1996-2003 Dodge Ram with Amber FedSig Jetsonic

I'm looking for someone who could make me a 1996-2003 Dodge Ram 1500 or 2500 with an amber Federal Signal Jetsonic rotory bar. I've been looking around and more or less just want a copy of my truck in game. If anyone has the ability to do this, I am willing to donate via PayPal for your time and effort (not a whole lot, but I will provide monetary support). Poly count doesn't matter as I have a very High End computer.
