i was wondering if someone would be willing to make a custom undercover ped for GTA IV. My idea is an undercover Officer with a white t shirt, black Kevlar vest with police on front and back, and zip tie style cuffs located somewhere on the front or back (Whichever looks the best)radio on the vest also with the lapel mic on either shoulder. police badge on a chain around neck. Khaki cargo shorts with glock in holster on right hip.and sleeve tattoos on right and left arms. i'm not sure if this would be difficult or not however its just an idea i think alot of people would enjoy to use as an undercover officer. if anyone is willing to take on this project feel free to message me. Thanks!
