Hi, guys! My problem almost always happens when I'm on a quest .. But the last time was when I came back to life after dying! 
And .. my GTA IV is clean, without any modification, unless the LCPDFR off course. 
 
The game is from Steam (Original) 
And before the crash, a number of other errors related to audio or. ped .. etc

And I read the other threads, i did what sent  and still no solution ... 

PLEASE IF HAS MISSING SOMETHING TELL ME
