Here's the problem. When I use the Soundoff Predator Brakelight Surround, I get problems. Either, the left half of the blue light doesn't work and the whole entire red light works, or I get a problem where they act as two steady burn lights that don't turn off.

     Anyone know?

usually when they steady burn means they aren't in the extra dummies, did you also make sure they are named correctly.
