So guys , GTA IV is not opening and I don't know why , I bought the complete edition and it is not working...When I press play on the social club thing , GTA IV is not opening. Please help! :D

    Your missing commandline.txt make a new text document and name it commandline and put this in your text document:

    -norestriction
    -nomemrestrict
    -availablevidmem 6.0
    -percentvidmem
    -noprecache
    -novsync
    -novblank
    -viewdistance 0
    -renderquality 0
    -detailquality
    -frameLimit 0
    -texturequality 0

    And for the availablevidmeme 6.0 start by 2.0 and then go up if graphics are not good. Reply if it does not work and I will help you find a solution.
