I downloaded a 2013 Dodge Charger PP by trewq34 and I want to change the lightbar color from red/blue to all blue.

 

I tried myself to do this via CorelDraw, but this was the result, which I felt was tacky:

What I wanted was to look like the Jaguar from British Police Mods:

Is it possible to change the lightbar color to the latter style?
