Light color change request!

Hello!!  

So... I found a car that I really really like: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=973  the dark grey sheriff cvpi O_O

Problem is... the lights are blue.... all blue...   I am more a fan of the blue and red combo.  

I've done some research about changing the colors and I've tried doing it in the past, but with failure.  I think that level of modding is too above my head.

If anyone out there is willing to adjust the lights to get a nice mix of red and blue, I would very much appreciate it.

EDIT:

False alarm.  I noticed there was another vehicle in the pack that had red and blue lights so i used the emerglights and emerglights_emis from it and put them on the grey sheriff car.  WIN!
