So im trying to make this new tahoe with a whelen TIR3 and the guy that made it says in the readme file that i need to ask for permission to upload it. The thing is i messeged the guy and his account is blocked for a year and theres no other way to contact him. So can i just upload the tahoe with the TIR3 and give full credits?
