theres allso a youtube link on it. ik lcpdfr has riot mode but these guys dont have rpgs and riot mode makes my map disappear after i die like 5 +times or spam backup lol. would this count as suspects or civils if i were to install it?

Well, in theory, existing cops on the street would respond like the would normally and attack anyone shooting, and no more should spawn unless you spam backup. Unless you engaged a suspect and tried to arrest them or pull them over, committing mass genocide dealing with problem civilians shouldn't count for lcpdfr stats (I believe).

so if i go on duty and start shooting none of them would count? there should be 2 riot modes 1 like this and the 1 thats already there the rpgs are no fun lol

Nope, none should count. I suppose two riot modes would be fun, yeah, but I say we focus on getting .95 all wrapped up first :turned:
