is there a way to get rid of the loading screens and/or the music? really annoying now

what are good drifting/ drift training spots in the cities? i seen ppl drift on the parking lot buidings and a big open area by the docks or somethin but i donno were that is.

Not sure about drifting spots, but yes you can remove the loading screens (when you first start the game up).

Someone pre-edited a file you can use yourself, or you can edit it yourself: http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=380533

You can tweak that file a little more to suit your needs, you may be able to remove other loading screens too.

gtaivcommondataloadingscreens_pc.dat

Set duration times to 0.

thanks ill give it a shot. i didnt wanna just erase them i knew tht wouldnt end well set the durations on wat to 0? the entire file?
