Hello Officers, 

 

I play in a GTA IV Police Clan. Our Police/Dispatch Communication works over TeamSpeak.

But we also must Communicate with the Civilian. We can not spend so much time for writing in-game Chats.

 

We already tried the Surround Voice Chat function but is doesn't work. Its just activating the Voice Chat for everybody in the game,

Is there somebody who know what we can do.

We just need something like ACRE (Arma 2) for GTA IV.

 

We found this Clip. I don't know how they do that. Nobody of them responds to my messages.
