What the topic says I installed a couple mods and then made sure OpenIV was closed now no cars are spawning can someone please help? (a couple posts down says what I did for LCPDFR and ELS)

    I rebuilt the archive I think it said under edit so that's fixed you guys can try it (either under edit or file) but now I got another problem ELS V8 and LCPDFR 1.0 are not working....I downloaded and installed manually (watched YouTube on how to install both) because the file kept deleting (cause norton thinks its a virus but I put Norton in silent mode but still didn't help)


    PLEASE help sorry for double post
