GTA IV Crash/Error-Please Reinstall the game(-3)

Featured Replies

So, I recently installed a few cars, a Charger, Tahoe, Crown Vic (x3), and an Explorer. I took about 45 minutes to install them (handling etc), and while installing them, I put in the Charger, a Vic, and a Tahoe, and could not open them with OpenIV (what I used to install them). I shrugged it off and moved on so I could play GTA. I got into GTA, not much traffic, thought, "must just be GTA,". Started LCPDFR, went over to the station, got ready, and went to spawn in a car. I got through the Charger, to the Crown Vic, and as I was transitioning to the next car, I got an error, ZILB or ZIBL or ZIBxxx (xxx representing 3 numbers that I cannot remember) and the error said "please reinstall the game -3". I have no idea what any of this is and I am hoping one of yous people know what this means, and potentially how to fix it. Thank you.
