I have been having issues for awhile with installing LCPD:FR. Before it just gave me a Loader.loader error. Now the game won't start. I run GTAIV as an admin, and then it just crashes

 

I have installed this mod a long time ago and have gotten a new computer since. i love this mod and i'm dying to play it again! could someone please help me :(

 

If i need more files let me know
