I have been using RealityIV (a timecycle mod) and I don't get any lighting bloom or effects during the daytime, I only get ELS effects during "evening" it gets annoying to always go to a certain time just to get a lighting effect. I am using a mix of Kanyo's timecycle mod and RealityIV, what files do I have to edit to get the effect during daytime? And no, it's not because of Kanyo's timecycle mod, I had this issue before (it actually made my lights a bit brighter).
