I was meshing around with a firefighter ped from GTA V. I meshed everything and then, in-game the mask of the FF was black but I'm not able to find any mistake in the texures. 

Another problem is, I can't turn away the helmet (hair_000) or the SCBA (suse_000).

And the last problem is, I meshed a shirt from the GTA V cop to the FF but it's in-game some kind of really, really weird, like it's everywhere around me or the .skel files are missing.

 

If anyone know something about this please write in this thread. I gonna send the files I got with a PM.

 

 

I got a 3ds Max problem, too. It says something about parent or something like this when I try to export a ped. It would be nice if anyone can tell me how to export it in a right way with GIMS.

    Parent problem is if the mesh doesn't have a dummy. how did you edit it?

    First, thanks for reply. So I edit it with 2012 3ds Max and GIMS IV. I just removed some things on a belt of a cop like the holster.
