HALP || Not Detecting my ASI Loader neither ScriptHook

So I have given my files permission (its not read only) so no problems there, I have used the ScriptHook from the LCPDFR Automatic installer, and Im using Dsound (I have tried xlive) but that doest work either.. Its really wierd.

 

If I can get someone to teamviewer me perhaps or troubleshooting id appreciate it.

 

Using LCPDFR 1.0c

Windows 8

GTA 4 (not cracked, I have used lcpdfr before now it dont work)
