ELS V8 Lights freeze

I'm using 'Double Doppler's' ELS V8 met police pack, alongside this the only other mods I have are LCPD:FR, Simple Native Trainer and Traffic Load. However when I turned the lights on in any vehicle they just 'froze' on. I've attached a picture of what's happening, I've tried replacing ELS but it's still the same problem. 

 

Any/all help is appreciated
