GTA 4 is crashing due to AdvancedHook.dll

After looking through all the forums, it turns out that barely anyone has this type of problem. 

 

My GTA 4 continuously crashes 0 - 30 mins in and im on the verge of giving up! I had LCPDFR installed but then uninstalled it because i thought it was the cause of all these crashes, and i currently have ELS v8 installed, which comes with the advancedhook.dll. 

 

I read on a different forum that advancedhook.ll sometimes causes GTA to crash, which it does for me. I know this because i remove the DLL and GTA runs fine with 0 crashes at all, then i put the DLL back in and GTA crashes again (not a specific time tho)

 

My version of GTA is the latest version (1.0.7.0 i think) And i have a legit steam copy of the game. I have tried all possible solutions like removing the advancedhook.dll, which inturn makes ELS not function properly and ive also tried downloading someone elses DLL, which did not work either.

 

My system specs are: Intel core i7 3770 @3.4Ghz and a nvidia GT640... (Im soon to be getting a GTX780)

I only have a couple of car mods and ELS v8 installed on my game! ELS v8 is crashing my game and v7 doesnt work properly on my game either.

So any help as to why i'm crashing will be reaaaally appreciated.
