Trying to make ELS modded Vapid Cruiser handle like vanilla - Handling line maybe?

I downloaded this ELS version of the Vapid Cruiser by Lt. Caine:

Now the problem I'm having is it handles like the suspension has way too soft springs and has horrible damping. What's the easiest way to make it handle like vanilla? It was meant to replace "noose" and I replaced "police" instead. Should I just copy the handling line from noose over to police? I don't see that making much of a difference as the two handling lines are really similar.
