June 19, 201411 yr Hello Lcpdfr, I am having a problem where my modded (ELS) Vehicles will not load. I can not change to 1.0 Because i play strictly multiplayer. So how it starts is i will go into Gta iv and gives me a gtafilebrowser error, But i can click back on the icon on the bottom of the toolbar and it starts the loading screen. When it finishes loading i get texture loss where in single player it will go completely black. From here i can open the phone in game and load the multiplayer and all the textures are there. Then i will try to get in a police car and it will say loading car,But it never loads the car even after hours of just sitting there(I've tried). If video is needed, just ask in the comments!
