How Can I Improve EFLC Stability With LCPD:FR 1.0C?

So ok not going to get into to detail but i had to do some things to my PC due to an OS crash. One of these things was using my laptop's hard drive which required me to take the sata cable from my CD drive there for my PC don't know it's in there because it don't have a sata cable therefor i am forced to use EFLC to play LCPD:FR. Now for some reason when i have EFLC modded i can play for 10-20min tops before a game crash as with GTA IV i could play at hours at a time. So my main question is how can i improve EFLC's stability with modding cause i would like to make some Youtube videos and livestream but that is difficult to do if i can only play for about 20mins.
