Lightbar glass is too light and transparent

I am using a modified version of Lt. Caine's Code 3 MX-7000 (ELS-H) and I am trying to figure out why the glass textures are so light after I export the model, it's not an issue with my model either, I exported the model with it's original vehicle (Caravan) and it's so light and transparent! Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have all the textures so I don't know what is causing this.

Do I need to post a pic of my hierarchy? I don't think it's necessary though.

 

And I tried making the glass darker with the textures......I miserably failed. Any help would really be appreciated, thanks.
