Crashing.. But diffrent

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

Hoping someone can help me out here. Bought GTA IV off steam a month or so back and modded it with LCPDFR, crashed as per normal it seems. Nothing too annoying.
Then i installed the braveheart police script and it all went downhill.

Crashed within 10-30 seconds of running the game. Removed all files from my root folder and re downloaded GTA (13GB later I might add)

Now, whenever I have LCPDFR installed (Does not need to be actively running though!) the game will crash anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Nothing causes it. Just crashes.
I downloded a 100% saved game when I first installed the game. WITH LCPDFR installed, the game will load into the 100% completed, but the game will crash.

WITHOUT LCPDFR installed on my computer, the game will start a new came and ELS is disabled. The game will NOT crash. I'm swamped. I tried to remove all script mods one by one to see if they were the cause but with just LCPDFR installed, no script mods as such, the game will crash instantly. I have tried to use ELS 8.0, which turned to shit. ELS 7.0 will last a little longer than 8 but ultimately crash within the above time period.

Does anyone have ideas on this? I really do not want to download another 13GB if the game is messed up as I do have to pay for the usage. (No CD drive on PC)

Defiantly not my computers specs as im on a 4Ghz i7, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 3GB 356bit DDR5 Graphics.

Any help is great full!
