Whenever I launch GTA IV, I get a box that pops up saying "GTA IV has stopped working" The I click read more, and it says Appcrash Kernelbase.dll.

 

*Update* Now nothing pops up at all, I launchgtaiv as admin, compatibility as Windows Vista (Service pack 2), The social club box pops up and then I click play offline, it closes and the CD spins, and then nothing.

 

I have ran GTA IV before and it worked fine (Other than a little lag, which I got used to). 

*Specs-

Processor- AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz

RAM- 4.00

 

Current mods downloaded- 

LCPDFR 1.0

ELS v8
