On first glance maybe, but the map is 4 times as big, with the scripted Missions you have a whole new experience and you have about 3 times as many tools you can use now, including Jaws of Life, haligan tool, etc.

 

Keep watching my Let's play Series of it, you might change your mind. I did the first Ambulance mission yesterday and Mind was blown. It looks a bit like the old game but it plays like a complete new game, very intuitive

 

Plus since I have seen the development since day one in Privat chats, I can tell you they re wrote the code that the game runs with 90 Percent, no moreFPS problems on older systems
