No Police Scanner while playing

Hello,

I got a little problem with the police scanner. If I start LCPDFR the police scanner wont work. If i switch to the desktop and then back in the game, it works for a short time. I tried it in EFLC but there wont work it, too. If i open the console after starting the mod and play a few minutes, there are these lines:

The weird thing is, that the console says that some files are not found. But they are in the folder.

I uninstall the mod and the game a few times but it doesn´t help. The problem came up randomly while playing befor 1.00b cames out.

I hope someone can help me :)
