Something wrong with Scripthook/SNT

So my game keeps crashing to desktop at random times. Here is my scripthook log:

Anyone who has experienced this before, what is causing it? I've never had a problem with SNT before or Scripthook and now all of a sudden it keeps doing this.

I just did a clean install, only thing I added to the GTA IV directory is scripthook files, dsound, and trainer and it still keeps crashing to desktop.

Looking at the log file, it looks like the problem is Simple native trainer. I've had GTA IV on the PC for well over a year, been using SNT for the same amount of time and never has this ever happened before. Why would SNT keep crashing my game for no reason all of a sudden
