Windows 8.1 Playback static

Featured Replies

When im not in any program my playback is fine. But if i open GTA or Zmodeler(Just about any program) i get awful playback through my recordings like there's a fan in the background. I've tried updating drivers and using a wide-variety of headsets. Any idea what this could be?

I have the same problem with my PC were it makes a weird whistle/static and it turns out it mean my fan(s) are dusty. So i suggest you get a can of compressed air and open your computer and use the air to blow out some of the dust.
