How do you get the ELS mod working correctly

Featured Replies

I have tried about a million different ways and the ELS isnt working for my cars...I have the ELS compatible cars but it wont work for them.

Place the "ELS.ini", "ELS.asi" and the dsound.dll(if not installed yet) into the root folder your GTAIV.

The if you want the brightlights, move to visualsetting.dat file to GTAIVcommondata folder.

And then you are done, use the J,K,L keys for the toggling of lights, alt+y for hazard indicator, alt+t for auto mode and alt+m for the ELS panel, which will be controlled by the U,I,O keys alone.!!!!

Be more specific and I'm sure people will be able to help.

What exactly is it your doing. Explain process. What keys your are pressing, where you installed your ELS etc etc.

Details details details.... Because if you have tried a million ways allready it's unlikly anyone giving a one million and 1 suggestion that you havent tried yet.

Hard to work out the problem from just the information "it's not working".

Are you pressing the right keys would be a good place to start.
