I am wondering if there is a way to give a bloom to ELS other than using an ENB with ELS effects, I remember seeing something similar with Non-ELS and I am wondering if it's possible with ELS, because the radiance mod doesn't look as good IMO.

I think he wants ELS lights to look like they would with an ENB, but without one. 

 

as far as i know, it isn't really possible with out having an ENB. A lot would have to change for your lights to look nice and pretty.

Well that there in the video is definitely lights with a ENB installed! If you look in the description on the video he has linked the two ENB's he uses. What sergiyj wants is the bloom effects that ENB's have, but without using a ENB! I also dont think it is impossible but i dont believe it has been done yet.

You can try using my mod. It isn't the greatest but some people like it. I'll be working on a new one sometime in the future but i'm not sure when.

Yea, It sucks having a PC that can't run an ENB. However i have not been working on a new one cause 'Game4Video' ENB works great on EFLC and gives me no FPS drop. So that is why i haven't made a new one yet. But my goal for the future one is to reduce the bloom effect more. But sadly the less bloom the less intense the lights are.

I can run G4V's ENB but I get a major FPS drop when recording

Have you tried these two, they arnt to demanding on FPS.

You should be able to record with both of them.
