Hello, i have recently started a GTA IV clan (Not encouraging anyone to join), which is Toronto Police Service. I have the uniform pack but looking for someone to create a whole new police car and uniform pack. I have all the vehicles listed that i would like to have in my pack. I have looked around for some car pack but all i have found is older vehicle that i would like to renew. This pack was pretty nice for me. I loved it, personally. It doesn't have the new Taurus that 23rd Division has though :(

They took it off the actual download link.....

Update: Found http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=477 which is the closest Toronto PS CVPI out there. Now you've gotta get a skin for it :P

'Aight, I can't find anymore Toronto stuff. For some reason it's all been removed. I'd be happy to try and skin some models for you though. I am busy lately, so it might take a while. As well, I have no clue how to model uniforms so I can't help you there. If you're interested in getting me to make some skins for some stuff, quote my post with the models you'd like. In order for me to skin them, I need to have the template for the model so make sure that comes with the download.  

 

I'd like to put together a nice Toronto mod too, so hopefully we can. Also, I think I released an F-150 model with Toronto skin on it a while back. I'm not sure if it's any good for you, but here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

 

I think I ended up fixing that skin up quite a bit so it should look better in game. As well, I've come a long way from then, so don't judge my skills based on that :P

See i have already have these packs. I am in need of a more developed pack. Such as one that is just the vehicle with the textures already on the car. The problem with the texture pack is that not all the vehicle links are inside the texture link. I guess i can say i am in need of a pack developer.

I my self made a toronto pack. I have got all the textures and put all the correct models i even got the ambulance. I still need to add the fire truck. But ive been adding opp cars as the fbi cars because opp roams toronto's highways. I also got 1 rcmp car. If you like i could make it all toronto for you and then release it to the public. But i would need ideas for the swat cars. im about 90% done the pack. Uniforms and everything etf cars included. like i said need fire truck and some swat cars. if you would like my assistance you can add me on steam magicstudiopro. or email me to miguelferreiramelo@hotmail.com. the pack can be finished by april 10th at the latest.
