Sorry if this has already been posted but I don't have time to read through the forums to see if anyone else had this issue. If it's been posted then please link me. I am having an issue with running LCPDR configuration tool. I can launch the LCPDFR Diagnostics tool out of the LCPDFR folder but once I run it and it opens, I click on "Configure LCPD Firs Respone" but nothing happens, the options menu just disappears. No error messages or anything. Ideas?
