I've been playing LCPDFR for a while now, all the cars I see are taxis. Is there an easy solution for this problem, or do I have to install Trafficflow?

 

My PC Specs:

 

AMD A8-5500 Quad-Core @ 3.2Ghz

4GB 1600mhz ram

AMD Radeon 7560D
