LCPDFR Auto-Installer not recognizing EFLC

Hi, I am having a bit of a problem with using the automatic installer. When I use the auto installer and click next after I enter in my LCPDFR username and pass, It says it automatically found my GTA IV folder. But I know for a fact that it should let me choose if I want GTA IV or EFLC. The reason I reinstalled was because my callouts were bugging out. I do have a CLEAN version of EFLC and GTA IV.

I am using Windows 8.1.

 

 

EDIT: My files are on the bottom and not the top. I do not know if that has something to do with it.
