Getting crashes when accepting calls, sometimes when completing them

My game has been crashing when I either accept the call (and arrive on scene) and occasionally it makes it through callouts and I can complete them, only to crash a few seconds afterwards. I'm running it from steam, on windows 8 on TLAD (EFLC). I've attached some log files if they help. Thanks to anyone who reads, and especially anyone who can help.

EDIT: After playing some more it seems like it crashes after I use the quick menu. Is this a bug or something wrong on my end? 
EDIT 2: Looked through my advancedhook log and it looks like its getting some type of error. Not sure what it means, or even if its relevant.
