Advancehook.dll keeps dissapering from gta root dir.

Greeting, I am getting the Loader script loader error, and when I look in my GTA root directory I see that the advance hook dll file that I know was installed is now missing and I keep having to reinstall it. I also notice that when I got to advancehook.init.asi property it says that the file as come from another computer and my be blocked. Thanks in advance for your help.
