im running windows 8 on an asus desktop and i will post screenshots of my specs aswell as my gta root folder and scripts folder. if you need to see anything else to help fix this issue please let me know and i will post whatever you need. 

 

the issue is after i click to play gta 4 in steal and sign into rockstar, nothing launches afterwords. i dont know why it wont launch. thanks in advance for any help.

What patch are you using? If it's not 1.0.7.0 you need to download it off Rockstars website.

alright so i installed the patch and now the game launches then gives me this error message, ill attach a screenshot. this happens after i select and it says loading in the bottom right corner then it crashes
