i am trying to find the police building textures using spark iv.  i can open only the .wtd files and not the .wdr.   i keep getting the unhandled exception error when trying to find the textures in the .wdr 

 

however the i cannot for life of me find the police station textures in alderney and algonquin with the .wtd files. 

 

can anyone help ?

 

* i tried with openiv, the textures i want to change are .dds, i cannot figure out how to edit or change these textures. still need help *
