LCPDFR Pursuit Settings

Featured Replies

Okay, first thing I wanna say is that I am highly enjoying the mod. I have been playing it nonstop since I downloaded it a few days ago. But I only have on problem. Whenever I start a pursuit... it seems that nearly every officer in the city hears about it and goes right to my location. And while I'm grateful for the backup... they love to use their cars as battering rams even when the vehicle is boxed in. Which usually results in me getting sandwiched between a Crown Vic and the suspect vehicle. And I lose my lovely hat in the process, thanks for adding a command for getting a new one! Anyways... in the lcpdfr.ini file I have set it to restrict the maximum cars to two, and the maximum cops to 4. But in the game.... that doesn't quite happen. I only want to set them so low so that whenever I get into a pursuit... I want the biggest danger to me to remain the suspect, and not my backup that doesn't seem to have passed their driving training in the academy.

And here's the Pursuit section of my lcpdfr.ini file

[Pursuits]
AllowRoadblocks=True
MaximumCopCarsInPursuit=2
ForceAnnihilatorHelicopter=False
MaximumCopsInPursuit=4
